Some context: l (29F) been working from home lately (9-5) so that I can make lunches and dinners for my mom visiting from another country and because of that my sister also been visiting/ staying at our place more often. My mom has knee problems and cant stand for long so I do most of the chores around the house while WFH. This whole situation has been discussed and mutually agreed among us (me and my husband). My husband (30M) has been working afternoon shifts and occasional long hours, leaves home at 1.30pm and comes back at 11:30pm and has late dinner. Now, IDK if I'm the AH here. I made some fancy dinner cause I had the ingredients and was in mood for it. My sister, mom and I already had it and we just finished watching a movie which my sister and I found a little stupid were making fun of it, joking around the dialogues, saying them ironically. Then ny husband arrived from work around 11.20pm, freshened up and helped him make a plate. He turned on the TV, started watching his show and having dinner, I was asking him how was dinner in a funny manner but also wanted his genuine opinion, like I would put my face close to his, asking for approval, my sister started making fun of me for asking him about the dinner and I started laughing too, and we both cracked jokes using the movie lines that we had watched earlier. My husband got liblv irritated and raised the tv volume to 100. We cut out immediately as volume was above the reasonable decibel and I started apologizing but he wouldn't stop r raising the volume until it hit 100. Then he started laughing ironically and my sister and I both stopped, got serious and broke off.. Finally I grabbed the remote turned down the volume. All this happened while my mom was getting ready for bed (it's very small apartment) My sister walked away too after volume incident. Are my sister and I wrong here and irritated him with our jokes? P.S. my sister and I were going to stop in a bit as we were getting ready for bed anyway.
