Recently, I was at a social event at a friend’s house and conversing with a guy. Two women were on the fringes of our discussion (I didn’t know the women well). As the guy and I were talking, one of the women adjusted her shirt and in the process exposed one of her breasts, which remained exposed for at least three minutes. I saw it and said nothing. I’m pretty sure the guy I was primarily talking to saw it too. He said nothing. Ultimately one of the woman’s friends (who was not in the convo) walked over and whispered to the exposed woman to fix her shirt, which she did. The previously exposed woman then gave me a quick glance, which I pretended not to see. She clearly was wondering if I had noticed anything. At the conclusion of my conversation, I mentioned what happened to no one and enjoyed the rest of the event. Was this the best way to handle this situation?
