Two years ago, our friend sent us a photo of her with a funny snapchat filter of her face. I thought it was funny and cute and saved it to my phone as a sticker. Later, I was talking to my other friend and I sent the sticker. A week later, we told her that we sent the photo and she laughed so obviously we thought it was okay and she didn’t care. Fast forward a year, my friend told her again that we sent the photo as a funny memory but this time she took offense to it to the point where she dropped us. I didn’t find out about this until later when I asked what the problem was as I didn’t even understand why she was even mad. When I found out, I apologized and then my friend also apologized a week later. So we all thought everything was good until our other friend told us that she was bad-mouthing us and that she was very upset about the situation. Like a real friend, my friend tried to message and apologize again to clear up the situation and she was basically very difficult to talk to. I tried to talk to her as well and she basically implied that she doesn’t want to sort things out and move past it but I kinda understand why. Honestly, I wish we could have healed our relationship as the situation wasn’t that serious but AITA?
