I have a colleague who started flirting with me a few weeks ago. Then he started pulling back. Which left me confused. Not only that he would pick out single men from work and point me in their direction. For example, last week he said I should get another colleague to do my cooking (I can cook just fine myself). Then there's another colleague and few more comments. So today... I come into work and I was setting up, when he called me over and said I should get John to help me. I asked him why and he said he wasn't going to help me as if I asked him. I told him that I never asked him for his help. At this point I turned to him and told him to get his ego boost from John and to fuck off. A while later, he tells me that he felt I was too harsh on him, so turning things around onto me. I told him he sat there flirting with me a few weeks ago and he doesn't get to play matchmaker for me. Was I harsh?
