So, me (16M) and my friends (all fake names!) Mary (16F), Emma (16F), and Rose (17F) all went to a concert Sunday night (driven by my mom; she stayed outside in the parking lot). We all had a pen that we were sharing between the 4 of us, and Mary also had a gummy beforehand. When we got in, we found a spot, and then Mary & Emma went to join the merch line while the opener played so we wouldn’t have to go after. Once they came back and divvied out the merch, Mary & Rose were hungry, so they went to go find some food. Mary ended up doing a lot of walking and hitting the pen and not a lot of just standing and drinking water. During one of the last songs of the opener, Mary greens out and faints. I caught her with Rose, and we guided her down slowly, and I took her pulse once she was down. She woke up about 15-20 seconds later, and Rose & I held her hand to take her to the side since medical people hadn’t come yet. Emma follows, and she says “Teddy, where are we going?”, and I say, “Right after she gets checked out by medical, home”. She immediately claps back with “Wait, wait, wait! But I paid for this though!”, and shocked she would say that, I just said, “We’ll figure that out later, man.” and I call my mom to let her know what’s going on. A minute or so later, the medical team comes and takes Mary away in a wheelchair, and since Rose was the oldest of us, she went with. All while this is happening, Emma is standing there unfazed recording the artist we went to see, cracking jokes that “Mary would want us to get good footage for her!”. She turns around at one point, too, and asks me “What even happened? Like how bad is greening out? I don’t even know what that is.”, while laughing about it. I looked her in her eyes, and I finally yelled at her, “Dude, she just passed out! It’s pretty f\*\*\*ing bad! Can you not make a joke out of our friend having a medical emergency?!”, and she looked at me sideways and just went back to watching the show. She didn’t talk to me for the rest of the night. Rose calls me after a while and lets us know that Mary’s feeling better, and that everyone should all meet by the door outside. We dropped everyone off and it’s been radio silence since, aside from Mary thanking me in a text the next morning. I think I could’ve been a little bit nicer about the situation to Emma, and we did pay a lot of money (\~$140 USD a ticket after fees), so I see why she’s mad at me, but I don’t think I’m fully in the wrong. AITA?
